Line Dancing Classes

Line dancing is a great form of exercise, and can be enjoyed by everybody – regardless of age.  As well as physical fitness, line dancing is an excellent way to keep your mind active and healthy.

Many people associate line dancing with country music, and whilst country music was the first to embrace line dancing, all types of music are now enjoyed by line dancers – check out the dance sheets page to see all the latest dances and tunes.  I also incorporate the Waltz, Cha Cha Cha, Salsa dancing and Mambo into my classes so there is plenty of variety for everyone to enjoy.

Zumba Fitness^® Classes

The Zumba^® fitness program is a great and fun way for everyone to get fit, lose weight and tone up. It’s so much fun that you don’t even realise you are exercising!
